Icings & Creams

This is my FAVOURITE icing, it can be used as a cream inside the came as well.

Buttermilk substitute

1 cup of milk

1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar

Mock Cream

½ cup shortening

½ cup butter

½ cup milk

¾ cup sugar

1 tspn vanilla

7 tablespoon flour

Beat for 5 minutes.  Make good icing
